1. No Return & Refund Policy

All purchases made on this website for astrological consultancy services and educational classes are final and non-refundable.

• Astrological consultations are personalized services involving time, skill, and intellectual input, and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once availed or scheduled.
• Similarly, enrollment in educational classes (live or recorded) constitutes access to proprietary knowledge and resources, which are non-returnable.

We encourage you to thoroughly review service details before making a purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Consultancy Appointments: Rescheduling may be allowed once if informed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. No cancellations or refunds will be processed once a booking is confirmed.
• Educational Classes: No cancellations are permitted once payment has been made. In certain cases, access to recordings may be provided if live attendance is missed, subject to availability and at our sole discretion.

3. Exception for Technical Errors

In rare cases of accidental double payments or technical errors during the transaction, please contact us within 48 hourswith proof of payment, and we will review the case.

4. Legal Jurisdiction

By using our website and services, you agree that any disputes related to transactions, services, or this policy shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
